Introduction
NOW WE KNOW is back in Ft. Lauderdale after an easy summer in Newport, RI. A crackerjack captain & crew have kept this boat as perfect as can be. The Seller has reduced his asking price by $785,000; New Reduced Price is $5,700,000 US$. This Yacht will be docked conveniently near the upcoming Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. We will welcome you on board and give you the opportunity to preview one of the finest yachts for sale, in the area. Boat is ready for a survey.
This is the model of an Ocean Alexander 100, Open Bridge motoryacht. This Yacht has a handsome, traditional appearance that makes it one of the brightest stars in any marina. Classic lines never die and this model, designed by Evan Marshall, for OA, is certainly one of these kinds of boats. In these days of radical designs with more windows in the hull than fiberglass, this boat maintains the seaworthiness of a strong, well designed and built, ocean going vessel. This boat had its keel laid in 2014 and was launched in 2015.
2024:
• Engine Services Completed
• Bottom painted
• Props & Running gear serviced.
• TURN KEY
The owners of NOW WE KNOW aka: NWK, have aptly named their yacht. From their first day, they initiated an ownership program that allowed them to keep their boat in absolute textbook condition. Now 'they know' how to execute a maintenance program, keep consistently upgrading in all areas, keep a professional crew happy, and their meticulous record keeping will make this yacht an easy transition as a true "Turn-Key" yacht for its new owner.
This OA design incorporates the features that make yacht ownership, living on board and time at sea, more enjoyable. NWK is a four-stateroom configuration with excellent usage of space. The crew quarters are undeniably some of the most comfortable crew quarters in any 100' boat. Engine room and access to equipment is well-thought out. Windows are large and give an open-space ambience. Headroom is excellent throughout the vessel. There is a country kitchen design along with formal dining area. It has a lovely aft deck. There are full- walkaround decks for guest enjoyment and for simplifying crew duties and safety. The Open Bridge is unique in that it has a hardtop with soft enclosure, but more importantly, it is all on one level without any steps to trip over providing a large space for entertainment. The hull design has proven itself, over many builds, to be both sea kindly and stable.
From design, to build quality, to appointment with furnishings, and the choice of Caterpillar engines, considering the maintenance and outstanding features, NWK is an incredible opportunity to own a boat that a new owner can be proud of and immediately go cruising on.

Remarks
This Ocean Alexander 100 represents as fine a yacht that can be found on the market. The conscientious attitudes of the Owners have enabled them to deliver a boat to the market, detailed, prepped and in Turn-Key condition. Owner's statement is: "I have prepped this yacht for sale, in the same manner that I would have, if I intended to keep it another 5 years." Their plan is to upgrade to a larger vessel. We encourage you to take the time to read through this Listing and make an appointment to inspect this handsome yacht.
